Grilled Honey Dijon Chicken

12 oz. Dijon mustard
8 oz. honey
4 oz. mayo
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1.5 tsp. salt
6 chicken breasts

Mix the above ingredients together until they are well blended. Split the mixture in half. Marinade the chicken in half of the mixture for at least 2 hours. For best results marinade for 6 hours (although this is personal preference.)

Put chicken on the grill. Brush on the sauce that the chicken was marinating in. Cook for 10-12 minutes, depending on the temperature of the grill. Flip the chicken and add a spoon full of the sauce that you originally set aside on top of each chicken breast. The sauce will caramelize on the top. Cook for approximately 10-12 more minutes. Chicken must be cooked to a minimum of 165° in the center.

Chicken without additional marinade

After adding a spoonful of marinade to caramelize
There will be sauce left over. Add additional sauce before serving if preferable.
